Hebei Heshengyuan Technology Co., Ltd.(formerly known as Hebei Huayi Electronics Co., Ltd.) was established in 1996. It is a wholly-owned enterprise mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of metal plating, plastic plating and electroless nickel plating. The company is located in Chenzui Township Industrial Zone, Qing County, Cangzhou, Hebei Province. The factory covers an area of nearly 30 acres and has six electroplating production lines with a total construction area of 30,000 square meters, including 3000 square meters for office research and development, 3000 square meters for storage and 24000 square meters for workshops. The company employs 70 people, including 1 doctor, 2 senior engineers and 10 technicians. In 2022, we introduced partners and jointly invested 40 million yuan to build an advanced automated production line, with a newly built factory area of 12000 square meters and an office building of 2600 square meters. The company has passed ISO9000/2000 quality management system certification and TS-16949 certification. Heshengyuan Technology is the first company in China to engage in nickel plating services for parts and components of alkaline electrolyzed water hydrogen production equipment. It is the company with the largest scale and production capacity in China. The coating tolerance is controlled at ±3.5μm, leading the industry. The company serves more than 50 customers in the hydrogen energy industry, ranking first in market share, and became the first domestic company to enter the supply chain of well-known European alkaline electrolyzed water hydrogen production equipment manufacturers. The company carries out school-enterprise cooperation with Tsinghua University and Xiamen University to promote industrial product development. It has an experienced production team with an average service of more than 15 years and is proficient in various functional coating technologies. The company focuses on technological innovation and management optimization, implements the "zero emission" policy, adopts advanced environmental protection technologies and equipment, and establishes a sound environmental protection management system. The company's products are widely used in the automotive, petroleum and hydrogen energy industries. For the hydrogen energy industry, the company provides plate plating business for parts and components of alkaline electrolyzed water hydrogen production equipment, electroless nickel plating services for plate grids, and electroless nickel plating services for hydrogen-oxygen separators. The company plans to add two highly automated nickel plating production lines in the next 1 to 3 years, with an estimated production capacity of 200,000 pieces/year (600 sets of 1000Nm³/h).
